Account, plan & billing
Your account console is where you see your plan, manage who's in your organisation, and upgrade when you need more. Here's the tour.
Open your account console
Go to fjell.email/account and sign in. It opens a console with sections for your organisation — including Members and Billing.
Check your plan
The Free plan is a single seat — just you. Paid plans add seats so you can invite teammates into one organisation. Your current plan is shown in the console.
Invite teammates (Members)
Under Members, tenant admins can invite people into the organisation — up to the plan's seat limit. On the Free plan you'll be prompted to upgrade before adding a second seat.
Upgrade in Billing
Open the Billing section to see available plans and Upgrade. Checkout handles the payment, and your new seats become available once it completes.
Just want your own mailbox? The Free plan covers a full single-user account — mail, calendar, contacts, and encryption. Billing only matters when you want to bring other people into your organisation.
